WILD WALK is obliged to deliver the products within the shortest period possible, depending on its availability in the shop. We ship and deliver all national purchases via Zásilkovna, in case of international orders shipping and delivery will be undertaken by a different courier associated with post office and other couriers abroad. We would like to notify you that some countries might apply a CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE at delivery. Products will be shipped out within 3 working days after confirming the purchase.

Estimated delivery time is from:

• 1 to 3 working days within Czech Republic

• 7-15 working days within the European Union

• 10-20 working days for International territory outside of Europe

Please keep in mind that we are based in the Czech Republic, and shipping inside and outside of Europe might take longer than average.

Because of our location WILD WALK cannot guarantee any precise delivery time.

When your purchase has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with information and your tracking number.

WILD WALK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IN CASE OF DELAYED DELIVERY CAUSED BY POSTAL SERVICE or LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES.

• Austria, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden: 11 EUR

• Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Slovenia,Turkey: 13 EUR

• Rest of countries: 30 EUR
